    We were eager to get our house ready to sell to take advantage of the big real estate boom but ran into unexpected delays. Flooring installers were backed up 8 weeks, thanks to the surge of new construction and companies making use of the last Covid-era relief funds. Cheryl was able to fit our job in between her other contracts and get our flooring installed within just a couple of weeks. It looks amazing! She and her daughter were always very professional, accommodating to our needs, and patient with our own decision-making process. Her own experiences selling houses helped guide us in flooring selection.
